Terms of Service for Idemo

Effective date: July 1, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Idemo mobile app ("Idemo", "we", "us", "our"), operated by AJ Digital Services LLC. By using Idemo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Idemo. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can use Idemo as a guest or create an account with your email. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or by emailing support@ajdigitalservices.ai.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Idemo may offer auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features.

Billing. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing / cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription.
Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we generally cannot issue store-purchase refunds directly.
Price and content. Any free portion, trial terms, subscription length, and price are shown in the app at the point of purchase.

If a one-time "lifetime" purchase is offered, it grants access to the premium features available in the app as they exist from time to time, for as long as the app is reasonably operated.

4. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Idemo for your own language learning. You agree not to: copy, resell, or redistribute the course content; reverse-engineer or interfere with the app or its servers; attempt to access other users' data; or use the app unlawfully.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its course content, audio, characters, designs, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Idemo available and accurate but provide it "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, or remove features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any specific learning outcome.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idemo is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Idemo. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if greater, the minimum required by applicable law / store rules).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the app or other users. You may stop using Idemo and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

11. Apple App Store (iOS)

These additional terms apply if you download Idemo from the Apple App Store:

This agreement is with us, not Apple. These Terms are concluded between you and AJ Digital Services LLC only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Idemo or its content.
Scope of license. Your license to use Idemo is non-transferable and limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (subject to the Family Sharing and volume-purchasing rules there).
Maintenance and support. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for Idemo. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support.
Warranty. We are responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied. If Idemo fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund your purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Idemo.
Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to Idemo, including product liability, any claim that Idemo fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar law.
Intellectual property. If a third party claims that Idemo infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist-supporting", and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Contact. Questions or complaints about Idemo should be directed to AJ Digital Services LLC at support@ajdigitalservices.ai.
Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Idemo (for example, your wireless data plan).
Apple as third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right (and are deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

12. Google Play (Android)

If you download Idemo from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed and managed by Google; you can manage or cancel them in your Google Play account settings.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will update the effective date above.
